Program Goal:
To cultivate leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in Kenyan school children through democratic school elections, mentorship, debates, and chess—anchored in child-centered, science-based learning and development principles.

Core Objectives
- Democratic Participation: Familiarize children with democratic practices through UNICEF-inspired school elections.
- Leadership Development: Mentor elected student leaders in public speaking, advocacy, and decision-making.
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Use debates and chess as tools to enhance reasoning, resilience, and collaboration.
- Empowerment & Inclusion: Ensure all children, regardless of gender or background, can participate, campaign, and engage meaningfully.

Expected Outcomes
- Children gain early exposure to democratic processes and ethical leadership.
