Program Goal:

To cultivate leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in Kenyan school children through democratic school elections, mentorship, debates, and chess—anchored in child-centered, science-based learning and development principles.

Core Objectives

  1. Democratic Participation: Familiarize children with democratic practices through UNICEF-inspired school elections.
  2. Leadership Development: Mentor elected student leaders in public speaking, advocacy, and decision-making.
  3. Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Use debates and chess as tools to enhance reasoning, resilience, and collaboration.
  4. Empowerment & Inclusion: Ensure all children, regardless of gender or background, can participate, campaign, and engage meaningfully.
